We are so proud of the students at St. Catherine of Genoa, as they strive for excellence in their young lives.
We have had many winners of the Martin Luther King Jr. essay contest, as well as the poetry contest each year.
Our current 8th grade class has received 14 scholarships to high school, totally well over $150,000 in scholarship money. Additionally, 3 of our 8th graders have been accepted into specialized high schools. Congratulations to all!!
Academically, students at St. Catherine of Genoa score far above their counterparts throughout the city and state. Below are our excellent standardized test scores on both the 4th grade and 8th grade examinations.
